iPhone? Or Android?

Ok so personally, I'm an Android user, and I like android too, for certain reasons. I don't deny that being an iPhone user does have some advantages, but I do have certain reasons why I prefer Android. Firstly, it's...more durable. You know that someone drops an iPhone they get freaked out and start saying like "OMG PLEASE DON'T BE SPOILED PLEASSSEEEE"? Yea? I hear that alot. For android users, you drop your phone, you pick it up and walk away without giving a fuck. True story.

Another thing is that a iPhone CANNOT be dismantled. Meaning, if lets say there's a problem with the hardware(a hardware is something inside the phone itself, FYI), you have to buy a new phone. Because even if you send it for repair, there's no way they can "take apart" the iPhone without breaking it. Have you seen a iPhone use taking out the cover of the iPhone? Once your iPhone is screwed, ITS SCREWED.

Thirdly, iPhone apps in the app store need to be paid for. I know of many people who jailbreak their phone just to get the apps they want for free. Most of the "paid" apps on iPhone are actually free for Android. One thing I don't like about Android though is that when a game/app gets released on iPhone, it doesn't mean that the Android store(Now called Google Play) will also have it. It takes some time for the company to release it on Android too. Like for Temple Run, I didn't get it on my phone until about quite a while later. And even after I got it, it lagged pretty badly. Other games like Tap Sonic were released also later. Games like O2 Jam U, if you know about it, is a new game for iPhone users, and I'm still waiting for it to get on Android. However, most of the Apps/Games in Google Play are free. And if I want to get a "paid" game for free. There's something called "APK" Android Package File, it allows me to get the game for free without hacking my phone. And yes Android phones can be dismantled without destroying the whole phone.

This is just my view, but I think everyone has their own opinion, the iOS for Apple is very good and I don't deny that. But it seems that the two biggest competitors are Android and Apple. Nokia uses Windows as an OS, and other phones like HTC/Sony/Samung uses Android. Majority of my friends and family still use iPhones, but...I think Android is catching up pretty fast. Just saying.

Anyway that's all for this blog post, I know I was pretty technical(maybe?) and don't hate on either Android or Apple, they're both great companies and they both changed the way we look at phones. Maybe if their companies merged it would be called AppDroid? LOL idk but I don't think that's gonna happe, rivals will stay as rivals. Anyway that's all for this very long post. Sorry if I bored you but yeah...Peace out for now!
